Divisional Director required for national learning disabilities charity overseeing the North-West region paying £75,000 plus £4,000 car allowance and benefits package.

My client is leading national not for profit organisation who provide residential and supported living services for adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to come in on an initial 12-month interim contract to oversee the whole of the North-West region.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Divisional Director will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational delivery of all the services within your designated region.

The Divisional Director will ensure the region meets and adheres to CQC regulations and relevant legislation. The role will include ensuring the region meet all commercial and financial targets whils exceeding CQC expectations.

This role will include designing and implementing business action plans that will improve standards and performance of your designated region.

The Divisional Director will have line management of all staff including Regional Managers and Service Managers.
This is a senior management role so will involve having overall accountability for the financial viability of the division.

The Divisional Candidate must have

Significant Senior Management experience (operational) within the health and social care sector.

Substantial knowledge and experience of service delivery to people with disabilities and mental health needs.

Successful commercial and business development track record with knowledge of tendering for new contracts
Experience managing senior managers remotely and on site.

Proven track record in leading and implementing organisation change and review.
