Our client is a quickly expanding and ambitious Database Managed Services provider who are based in Sandiacre. Due to successful and ongoing growth of the company, we are looking for experienced IT channel sales candidates to join the development team to help drive the business forward.

This role will start as a predominantly internal role developing into an externally biased role in time. The ideal candidate will be local to Nottingham as it is an office based role.

• Manage a handful of existing business with the focus on development
• Develop new business within the channel, maximising on all opportunities
• Segment and profile prospects according to agreed criteria, making initial telephone contact to qualify and gain appointments.
• Develop a pipeline of business accounts sufficient to ensure meeting agreed KPIs.
• Present and sell the company’s products and services at sales meetings.
• Support key accounts with accompanied visits where required to help follow up existing pipeline leads, carrying out presentations and demonstrations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business within channel sales. Ideally you will have experience within a similar role within the IT Industry.
The company offers a basic salary of £25-35k plus uncapped bonus (ote £50-£60k)
