Can you provide fantastic customer service over the phone? Have you worked previously in a call centre environment? Are you looking for part time evening hours?

A well- established Motor Insurance firm are currently seeking Claims Handlers for their First Response Unit for their office based in Liverpool (L2).

Purpose of the Role:

-To effectively capture all new claim reports with accuracy and maximise the opportunity for efficient information gathering using conversational management techniques
-Undertake effective investigations to enable accurate and prompt liability decision making.
-Provide excellent service to all stakeholders
-Effectively manage our customers' claim journey and expectations whilst maximising of utilisation of our chain of suppliers
-Exhaust intervention opportunities in respect of Third Party claims including injury, repair and hire by way of correct decision making and identification of fault claims
-To expertly validate claims with application of indemnity and fraud knowledge
-To work and contribute towards team performance and environment
-Assessing indemnity, liability and mitigating ongoing losses
-Contribute towards continuous improvement with the generation of ideas

The ideal candidate will have all or a majority of the following skills:

-Attention to detail
-Strong customer service skills
-Ability to fact find and analyse information to result in accurate decision making
-RTA Claims experience
-Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
-PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills
-Ability to work as a team

Ideally, you will have experience in:

- working within motor insurance
- working within a customer service environment

Salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be offered accordingly. £9,000pa - £10,000pa.

Benefits of the role include: Pension, Holiday (20 days minimum), Option to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday.

The role of the First Response Handler will operate on a 5 week shift pattern including working 1 in 3 weekends.Part time, evenings 6.00pm - 10.00pm. 20 hours per week.
