1st Line IT Support Engineer - Graduates & School Leavers Considered

You will be paid a basic salary of £17,500 p.a. and have 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays. They also provide Microsoft Certified training courses and other training programs of all levels funded by the company to enhance your skills and help you develop.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer you will perform a key role in assisting clients with remote desktop support issues on an IT service desk. You will be required to troubleshoot customer's IT issues, respond to clients, resolve tickets by remote access, and provide first class customer service. You will be working with a diverse range of technologies that will enhance your skills and you will join a team of like-minded people in a friendly office environment.

1st Line Support Requirements:
* Graduate with relevant IT education
* Some basic work experience in an IT support related role is advantageous
* Must have a genuine interest in technology with a willingness to learn
* Exceptional verbal communication skills and good written ability
* Able to prioritise and manage your workload
* Experience/knowledge of the following would be very advantageous: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Virtualisation, Firewalls, Broadband and Networking

Working Hours: Office based Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm OR 9:00am - 6:00pm (alternating weekly).
