Are you a Service Engineer from a printing background, looking to join a growing company who will offer you comprehensive manufacturer training?

On offer is a Service role where you will receive in depth training for a rapidly expanding company.

In this role you will servicing and repairing a range of bespoke printing machinery. You will receive comprehensive training from manufacturers and ongoing technical development.

This company are involved in the sale, installation and service of industrial/commercial printing machines. Due to their recent success they are looking to expand their specialist engineering team.

This role would suit an experienced Service Engineer, perhaps from a printing, photocopier or an electro-mechanical background looking for industry leading training with a growing company.

The Role

- Service/Installation of industrial/commercial printing machines
- Full training given
- Basic hardware repairs and upgrades
- Perform basic tests on all machines
- Opening faulty heat press machines and cutters, repair/replace parts
- Copying the manufactures connection to change different parts, covers
- Checking levels of spare parts
- Lifting heavy items
- Accurately document support, repair, activities using a help desk ticketing system
- Reply to all Tech and eBay messages and provide a solution for the customers problem
- Provide technical support for drop in customers and demonstating machines
- Solving problems by message, telephone, or remote control
- Installing and removing programmes
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements correct procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate

The Person
- Experienced Service Engineer
- From a printing, photocopier or an electro-mech background
- Knowledge of I.T.
- Hardware knowledge
- Excellent communication with excellent customer service
- Experience of printing, sign making, sublimation transfer experience
