Coordinate with the recruitment process, ensuring targets are met and that records are compliant with CQC standards.
• To search for potential employees using a range of platforms.
• Coordinate training to ensure Care and Support assistants are competent and complaint.
• Provide effective and efficient reception and telephone services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the recruitment process, ensuring targets are met and that records are compliant with CQC standards.
• To search for potential employees using a range of platforms.
• Assist with the recruitment process, ensuring targets are met and that records are compliant with CQC standards.
• To liaise directly with potential employees to obtain references, DBS checks and Right to Work checks have been carried out.
• To track and monitor the recruitment process.
• Update Ulysses, relevant databases and NMDS with all relevant staff updates.
• File and archive staff and client records
• To provide an effective reception and telephone service to ensure customers receive a professional service
• Provide support to employees in accessing and completing their mandatory training.
• Undertake customer enquiries via telephone, email and post and assist or signpost where possible.
• Coordinate training to ensure care and support assistants are competent
• Ensure that staff training records are monitored and are up-to-date.
• Meet service standards in all customer care areas.
• Write formal letters and other correspondence as required.
• Ensure Health and Safety is maintained.
• Any other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate with the overall responsibility of the post.
• Attend training as required enhancing your job role.
• Actively participate in supervision sessions and appraisals
