JOB SUMMARY
Multi Lingual Internal Sales co-ordinator focused on delivering exceptional customer service levels at all times. Must be highly motivated and incentive driven.
Assuring the company goal achievement is a primary task. As well as assuring the best customer service and responsiveness of a cohesive and responsive call centre.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and monitor the team leader in charge of the activity of the part time web sales group to maintain company goals
Manage orders placed at Plc centre
Respond to customer inquiries to the client by phone, email or through other means
Manage sales opportunities for all product; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn opportunities into billable sales
Check inventory (i.e. “PLC Centre” inventory) and fulfill order out of inventory if possible
Notify customers of price and delivery changes for orders placed online, verbally, fax, or by email. Make sure all customer supplied confirming orders have been checked for any differences in detail.
Make sure that all non-cancelable non-returnable orders are not processed until we have a signed confirmation from the customer acknowledging their acceptance of the terms of the order.
Assure that all correspondences with customers via phone and e-mail are timely, efficient, and done in a professional manner at all times.
Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
Enter quotations and orders into the sales order processing systems; ensure accurate sales information including proper and accurate delivery, payment terms, and other critical order information; confirm all orders with customer; perform follow-up and order clean-up as necessary
Pro-actively develop new business through outgoing customer calls and other means
Aid sales floor to obtain daily goals
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
METRICS
Negative survey results vs. positive survey result
The primary metrics is the achievement of the daily sales goals.
Measurements related to phone logs and on hold times.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong Computer proficiency
Proficiency using e-mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools
Attention to detail
Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand the in house computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment
Problem solving abilities
Good communication skills
Ability to sell
Must understand the sales cycle; ability to understand the company international sales cycle
Management and coaching capabilities in an aggressive sales environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Proven success in a customer focused, target driven, incentivised call centre environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, and mouse) and walking around the sales floor among team.
