What you will do:

*

Assist the Treasury Remediation Manager with set-up of new remediation projects including the following:
*

o Develop automated and integrated solutions of routine processes and procedures
*

o Minimise procedural risks through implementation of coordinated and controlled MS Office 365 products.
*

o Improve the functionality and capacity of established MS Excel based treasury system.
*

o Discover and implement innovative uses of available software and technology.

*

Improve and expand existing uses of MS Office 365 tools to provide robust and scalable management of transactional data and procedures.
*

Help to develop technological solutions to ensure accurate and professional completion of defined processes and procedures.
*

Liaise with project managers, data analysts, banks and third parties to promote smooth error free processing of treasury activity to achieve maximum efficiency across multiple projects and clients.
*

Use MS Office 365 applications to improve the treasury component of remediation projects.
*

Continually refine existing systems and controls to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
*

Openly suggest service delivery enhancements to increase cohort, client and customer satisfaction.
*

Process stop cheque requests and re-issue cheques as instructed by project team or client.
*

Prepare Weekly Treasury Pack for clients including Bank Reconciliation Report; Cheque Register; Bank Statement.
*

Manage the daily activity of multiple bank accounts' including transaction file uploads and generation of status files for clients.
*

Provide administrative support to various remediation projects for Capita's clients including filing, archiving, documenting and other administrative duties.

Your experience will include:

*

Data analysis / database management experience or understanding
*

Strong Excel skills
*

Strong communication skills & a curious, investigative attitude
*

Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 platform
*

Aptitude for skills using SharePoint, PowerQuery, and PowerApps
