Service Delivery / Problem Manager (with exp of change management) is required by my prestigious client based in Nuneaton and Cowley.

The Service Delivery / Problem Manager will be responsible for the management of problem investigation from start to finish, undertaking root cause investigations and successfully implementing corrective and preventative measures.

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing problems to ensure that they are diagnosed and logged to appropriate standards
• Chairing Post Mortem reviews following Major Incidents.
• Producing trends analysis of recurring problems/incidents.
• Managing and maintaining the problem management service
• Analysis and reporting of incident trend data.
• Diagnosis of faults
• Creating detailed Problem Management processes

Key skills required for this role include:
• Service Delivery experience with a particular focus on Problem Management
• A breadth of experience to include Change Management
• Experience of working within a busy ITIL environment
• Ability to communicate at all levels
