Due to expansion, we are seeking Correspondence Case Managers, this role would be perfect for a recent graduate/high achiever who is ambitious, enthusiastic and wants to take their first steps into the legal industry. The company are specialists in Debt Recovery and are the envy of the market due to their client base. With over 30 years' experience and full Lexcel accreditation as well as being awarded the prestigious Investors in People award, the company are forward thinking and are looking to build for the future offering excellent progression paths, further development as they have tripled in size in the past three years.

The successful Correspondence Assistant will be rewarded with a starting salary of £22,000 in addition to 25 days' holiday, free private healthcare, company pension, employee assistance program as well as a start to a career in the legal industry with an incredibly well respected name in the debt recovery market.

As a Correspondence Case Manager you will be responsible or;

* Management of case files - full understanding of pre and post litigation, enforcement procedures along with a knowledge of Clients requirements
* Incoming/outgoing telephone contact with customers and their representatives
* Assist with the training of correspondence assistants including letter/email checking, decision making and file progression
* Instruct external agents for court hearings

What the successful Correspondence Case Manager will need;

* Experience writing letters or reports
* Strong educational background
* Experience in administration - ideally in a complaints or financial environment
* High attention to detail and able to learn quickly
