Financial Administrator - Worthing

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator – the role requires experience of working within a Financial Advisory business, with Financial Administration or Paraplanner experience.

Role responsibilities include:
Seeing new business through to completion and ensuring it is inline with standardised administrative and compliance procedures
Producing client suitability letters
Ensuring maintenance and accuracy of all client records
Professionally dealing with client queries
Administer Group Risk and Pension schemes
Product and fund research utilizing relevant software

This role requires all or many of the following attributes:
Experience of working within a financial advisory firm
High level of organisation and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience of working with industry related packages such as Select-a-Pension, Morningstar OBSR, and Nucleus
Ability to manage own workload and juggle a variety of tasks
Flexible approach to working within a small open plan office where you will be required assist with additional duties and will often be the first point of contact for incoming calls
A technical knowledge of pension, life and investments and the associated formats

Length of experience necessary:
Ideally a minimum of two years

37.5 hours Monday to Friday

The salary for this full time role is £25,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience
