If you want to become a member of a highly skilled team of support workers and work alongside young adults between ages of 11-16 then apply today. If you are a successful candidate you will receive first-rate training to start your career in children's residential setting. After your probation period, you will be put on to a level 3 qualification to give you the opportunity to develop and move into more senior roles.

These children's show an array of challenging behaviours and complex needs. They may have drug and alcohol abuse and minor criminal backgrounds. You will support them with their daily activities and encourage them to fulfil their goals and ambitions.

You must be over 21 years of age and hold a full Uk drivers licence
This role is a 40 hour full time position

Residential Youth Worker Starting Salary: Combined salary of 17,000pa to 20,000pa

(15,000pa to 17,000pa plus 2,000 to 3,000 for sleep in rate)

Senior Support Worker: Combined salary of 20,000pa to 23,000pa

(18,000pa to 20,000pa plus a 2,000 to 3,000 for sleep in rate)
