Requirements and Delivery Analyst - Wiltshire

Our client provides a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service practice management system to Vets enabling them to manage all aspects of setting up and running their business. These can be one-person start-up practices, large multi-site, multi-disciplinary practices turning over several million pounds per annum and anything in between.

The company is dynamic and fast moving; technology is key to its success. The solution provides a full-featured web application with associated mobile applications. As the company grows, someone is needed to become an integral part of the team that develops detailed requirements for new product features, tests the solutions and then manages the release and delivery of new versions to production.

The successful applicant will have to develop and maintain a very good understanding of the current product so that you are aware of its current capabilities. Then you will be involved in a number of activities that will take the product forward:
Discussing requirements with clients and/or business partners. Sometimes remotely, but also in person in order to build up a better understanding of how a vet practice works on a day to day basis.
Documenting those requirements in the most appropriate form.
Working with the technical team to design the best implementation of those requirements.
Developing and then running test plans.
Ensuring that appropriate help material is produced to incorporate into the system.
Deciding when a version may be released and managing its release to the customer base.

Overall, you will need to become one of the clients representatives a product owner on their behalf.

As you develop your knowledge of the product, you will also be able to contribute to first level support of the product, which is one of the most important activities besides the development of the product itself.

Finally, as part of a growing business, you will have the opportunity to help shape the way the company evolves
