Role: Telesales Operative
Salary: £18000 plus bonus

Our client is an incredibly well established company who have developed an enviable reputation within their industry. Due to continued growth they are recruiting for a motivated and ambitious Telesales Executive. You will be based at the Office in Blyth and will have experience in sales and be able to communicate easily and in a confident manner.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous lead generation or telemarketing experience to help drive sales activity. The candidate will have a confident and friendly personality. Self motivated the candidate will be a team player with a can do attitude and positive approach to objection handling ensuring that the maximum potential is achieved from every call.

Key Duties:
* Identify high quality lead generation for the Sales teams to maximise order intake
* Support the field sales personnel with appointment feedback
* Maintain and populate CRM system
* Respond to customer enquiries
* Actively monitor tender portals to maximise lead generation
* Demonstrate a high level of customer service
* Provide clear and concise reports to Sales Operations Manager

* Computer literate with a minimum on Microsoft Office suite, Word and intermediate Excel skills, specifically, spreadsheet capability.
* Able to exert discretion.
* Able to analyse complex situations and give balanced well considered decisions.

This is a full time permanent role working Monday - Friday
