The Role
Joining as a senior member of the firm and working closely with the Partners of the firm, you will be responsible for managing clients and overseeing the work of the team.

Duties include
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, charities, limited liability partnerships and limited companies in accordance with the relevant accounting standard;
• Leading audits from planning stage up to manager/ partner review
• Ensuring assignments are completed within the allocated budget and on time;
• Provide assistance in the development of junior staff and review work undertaken by junior staff.
• Where required to liaise with clients to resolve any queries.
• Ad hoc projects and support to other specialists in the firm.

The Successful Applicant
• The applicant should be ideally qualified or part qualified and possess 3 to 4 years’ practice experience
• 2-3 years of audit experience
• Experience of supervising staff, perhaps you will have experience of working as a Senior but be looking for a managerial level role.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven analytical skills.
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team, yet also work using own initiative when required
