Administrator (Purchasing Support)

Brokenhurst, Hampshire

£18,000 + Pay Reviews + Pension + 20 days holiday + Bank Holiday + Death in service + PRP

Purchasing Administrator required for steadily growing manufacturing company who value their employees and offer long term stable career opportunities. You will receive one on one training to learn the companies bespoke IT systems.

The successful candidate can come from ANY administrative background, you must be confident speaking with suppliers on the phone, using email and Excel. You must be confident gathering data and liaising this with the logistics team.

The role itself is working within a small, friendly team of 4. You will be reporting into the Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for using an MRP system and identifying what materials need to be ordered. This will involve speaking with suppliers, chasing up late orders and providing customer care when required.
