Our client is looking for someone who would be available to start as soon as possible pending compliance checks.

The full time temporaray role (Norwich based) will be predominantly telephone based and any administration work will follow from the telephone calls. This will mean you will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills both oral and written.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

" Answering telephone queries to provide a first contact resolution
" Providing accurate information to callers in relation to the progression of their cases
" Using the database to search for information on the caller`s cases
" Updating records on the databases with accurate inform
" Completing general administration such as; filing, scanning, copying, record management

On floor training will be provided, however the ideal candidate will be able to learn new systems fast, with the ability to complete work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The rate of pay will be £7.65 an hour, rising to £9.26 thereafter. Holiday and pension scheme available.
