My client is a regulated business specialising in selling payment solutions on behalf of major UK banking institutions to small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK. Working from their new Crewe office.

They are now looking to add to their successful sales team and are looking for an additional B2B Sales Executive to take the business forward. The candidate will ideally have experience working within the SME sector and be totally confident in discussing products with senior management, directors and business owners over the phone.

The B2B Telesales Executive role will involve:

·Contacting new and established clients
·Support customers with their own enquiries into the company products and services
·Make outbound calls and build your own sales pipeline & customer base
·Receive inbound customer calls and answer queries efficiently whilst taking advantage of opportunities to sell new and additional products and services
·Targets are realistic and achievable, meaning capable Telesales professionals can comfortably over achieve

The successful B2B Telesales Executive must have/be:

Experience of working in a highly targeted sales environment, successful candidates must have:
·A fast thinking, proactive and confident approach to sales with excellent communication skills
·A target driven approach to KPI’s and a strong work ethic
·The resilience and ability to generate potential business by cold calling
·Self-motivation, passion and drive to succeed
·Good numeracy and literacy skills
·Experience within this sector is advantageous

In return my client are offering a basic salary of £19,000 with a competitive and realistic commission structure, working office hours, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4:30pm on Fridays. The role also offers an excellent working environment with genuine career progression opportunities
