Brook Street are currently recruiting an Administration Assistant to work Near Albrighton for a well known Company.

This is a temporary role working Monday to Friday 37hrs per week.

Ideally you would have worked in an Administration role previously and be well versed with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Your role will be to provide routine administrative support tasks according to well-established procedures. These will include the following

* Sorting and distributing mail
* Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
* Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
* Diary Management/Manage appointments
* Deal with queries
* Monitor all incoming emails and delegate where appropriate to business managers;
* Arrangement of travel and accommodation

We are looking for someone that can show strong administration skills and a good eye for detail, you will need to be highly organised and methodical and have a good understanding of Mircrosoft Word and Excel.

You will be selected for interview based on your CV. Your first interview will be with Brook Street in there Wolverhampton branch, followed by an interview on site with the Client.

You must be completely reference checkable for the last 3 years

You will need to undergo a DS check and this will cost you £31.00

Due to the nature of this role you will need to go through a vetting procedure
