This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of staff and volunteers working 24 hours a week (over 3 days) in our Melksham branch. This is a unique chance to make a difference in your local community and see the impact your hard work has.

Excellent customer service is at the heart of our shops. We want our customers to enjoy coming to our shops, our volunteers to be proud and our donors to be appreciated. This role will play an integral part of ensuring this is the case in our Melksham branch.

As our shops raise funds for our Hospice Care, it is vital that they are performing at their best. We are looking for a dedicated individual with the passion and energy necessary to maintain these high standards.

Essential Requirements:

* Good standard of general education including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Good team worker
* Good interpersonal skills
* Empathetic approach to donors
* Customer focused
* Work on own initiative
* Energetic and enthusiastic

Desirable Requirements:

* Charity shop experience
* Working with volunteers
* Managerial/Decision making
