CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
- EXETER (CENTRAL)
- £16,250 - £18,250, dependant on experience
- TEMPORARY - APPROX 5 MONTHS

We are looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to work within our clients Offices in central Exeter. This is a full time, temporary position working Monday-Friday for 37 hours per week and is expected to continue for approximately 5 months.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner. They will also need excellent administrative skills as they will be providing clerical support to colleagues.

They will need to be motivated and professional and able to use their initiative and work well with little supervision. Some of their main tasks will include dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and in person as well as liaising with property owners which means that having experience is a customer focused service is essential.

This role is also heavily involved in organising and preparing presentations and collating marketing documentation and so knowledge of these kind of activities is helpful. In addition, the right candidate will need good word processing and spreadsheet skills as they will be using both Microsoft Word and Excel respectively. A background in property management is also desirable although not essential.

A generous salary of between £16,250 - £18,250, (dependant on experience) is offered for this position, along with accrued holiday pay, pension and the option of flex working.
