Platinum Recruitment's Chef Division is currently representing a deluxe corporate luxury hotel Dunbartonshire and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef de partie to join their team.

Client
This is a stunning large luxury hotel with full leisure facilities & everything you can expect from a top class resort. The hotel boasts 2 rosette fine dining & as it's a 5 star property the quality of the food produced is unsurpassed & second to none.
There are a number of different outlets for customers to choose from & all are very high class offerings

Role
Pastry chef de partie required to help the head pastry chef run a brigade of skilled pastry chefs in all aspects of food delivery also in the running of C&B, weddings & events are the core responsibilities.
Candidate must have a strong rosette background & substantial banqueting skills at senior chef level.
Salary is negotiable & based on a 45hr week, 5 days out of 7
