Are you an experienced Care Coordinator who is looking to work for a small, reputable, not for profit organisation in the Newcastle area?

As a key part of the senior team, you will be a very experienced domiciliary care operator who has experience of working as a Care Coordinator and supporting the management team

As well as a competitive salary of £18,700 you will also receive on-call payments, bonus payments and free company shares.

The Role:

- Carrying out spot checks on Healthcare Assistants to ensure excellent person-centred care is being provided
- Visit clients and update care plans on a regular basis in their own homes
- Completing on call cover when required
- Prioritising on working to deadlines
- Reacting to referrals
- Setting up new packages
- Working alongside a rota team to set up weekly rotas

The Successful Candidate:

- Background in domiciliary care/home care
- Can do attitude
- Driver with own vehicle
- Experience of working in a senior role
