To further support our growth and success, Firebrand are looking to appoint Telemarketing Executives to work within our rapidly expanding Apprenticeship Team, delivering Digital Apprenticeship Standards.

This is a newly created role within our employer engagement team. We are looking for Telemarketing executives to grow within our team. You will be responsible for calling potential employers from both small and large businesses. Your role will be to promote our programs whilst offering advice and guidance to employers. You will work closely and effectively with the sales team in order to pass over good quality leads.

You will have an interest in sales and all things IT! Full product training will be given along with full mentoring support from the Business Development Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

Cold calling potential employers.
Work within structured KPI’s.
Hand over good qualified leads to the sales team
Work with the learner recruitment department to establish key geographical areas in which we have a large amount of candidates
Update and manage in-house system with relation to current and forecasted business
Identify opportunities to cross-sell Firebrand Commercial business
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A passion for sales with an established and demonstrable track record of working in a high volume call environment. You will have at least one-year experience in a B2B telemarketing environment.

Good IT Skills
Have an interest in sales and providing excellent customer service
The desire and hunger to succeed
A confident and professional telephone manner
Good sense of humour
Work well within a team as well as using your own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Experience selling in a B2B environment
