Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm 1 hour lunch

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supporting Sales Consultants, you will be responsible for making up to 100 outbound calls per day to qualify leads in which the sales team can quote and book appointments
* Update and maintain accurate recordings of the customer database with new customer and supply details
* Data capturing and identifying selling opportunities
* Building a pipeline of future sales opportunities
* Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the best level of service is carried out at all times
* Learn and understand about the different products, how the industry works and understand suppliers Terms and Conditions
* Make customer welcome calls once contract is live, with the ability of identifying selling opportunities by fact finding, conducting customer surveys and obtain customer referral details to help build the sales team successful pipeline

The Ideal Candidate:

* Confident, friendly and professional telephone manner
* Extremely organised and efficient at managing high workloads and managing deadlines
* Desire to succeed and achieve the best results
* Previous experience in a outbound calling B2B environment
* Previous experience of working in a target driven environment
* Previous experience in a sales environment in a B2B environment is desirable
* good working knowledge of MS Office packages
