Customer Development Telesales Executive - Wakefield

The Company: With a turnover of £750 million, this company is well known in its field selling products and services to a wide range of customers including schools, care homes and local authorities. Selling from a portfolio of over 30,000 products, this non for profit organisation invests all profits back into the public sector.

The Role: As a Customer Development Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of education supplies to nurseries and schools in the North of England. From pens and paper, to playground equipment, this non for profit organisation have everything a school needs. The role itself is internally based at the clients premises in Wakefield and enjoys a combination of account management and prospecting for new business - you will be tasked with growing and developing relationships with existing accounts as well as seeking opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products.

The ideal candidate will:

* have experience in selling over the phone
* be friendly, enthusiastic, organised and highly personable in their approach

Basic Salary - £17,000-£19,000
