Sewell Wallis are working with a Charity in Sheffield to recruit a Fundraising Assistant.

The role will require you to be first point of contact for the Fundraising Team, ensuring you process donations, maintain the database and deliver high levels of customer care.

Main Duties of the role
*Ensure supporter records and income are accurately processed and recorded on the database.
*Maintain efficient processes for managing donor information and income, ensure that all donors receive the information that they require in a timely and friendly manner.
*Support the delivery of fundraising campaigns.
*Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, and Heads of Department.
*Work alongside the finance team to correctly and efficiently manage and reconcile incoming donation information.
