If you are interested in working within the public sector we are currently recruiting for an administrator based in Newcastle city centre.

Duties will include:

* Post opening and dispatch
* Checking and preparing files
* Photocopying
* Creating and updating records

You will be required to work in a flexible way and undertake other general office admin duties as and when required.

The successful candidate should have:

* Strong IT skills
* Previous admin experience
* Good customer service
* Fast and accurate data inputting skills
* Good knowledge of word and excel.
* Can identify, prioritise and plan effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

This role will require a security clearance, and as it is for an urgent start we will be prioritising candidates with a transferable DBS.
