A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Order Processor to join this forward thinking, well established family run business located in Maidstone. We welcome candidates from a retail or customer service background.

The successful role holder will be working with an external sales representative to manage the needs and requirements of a territory consisting of existing customers.
The company will be happy to mentor someone that has the potential to add to their business.
The role will not include any cold calling and is based on relationship building with existing customers.

Your brief will encompass answering incoming calls, dealing with customer queries and processing order requirements. Your exceptional customer service skills and sales ability will be used to promote monthly promotions and assist in selling through discontinued and short dated product lines.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm with a half hour lunch break. Applicants are expected to be committed and flexible as there is occasional Sunday working from 11am to 5pm, for which you will be paid and also receive a day off in lieu.

The ideal candidate will be a good team player, have an outgoing personality complimented with excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition you must be motivated, with a desire to achieve company targets and a high level of customer service. Ideally you will have already worked within a telephone sales or account management role
