Excellent job opportunity within a Government organisation due to expansion.

We are looking for administration people with a very good eye for detail who are looking for an opportunity to progress and have the chance of securing a permanent role - They will even help you with the application and interview techniques

Vibrant and expanding Central Government public sector office based on the banks of the River Trent.

General administrative duties, making and answering telephone queries, analysing financial information, writing correspondence emails to customers. Full training given to the successful candidate

Administrative role inputting and updating data on the IT system, making and answering telephone calls with internal and external customers.
Responding to written correspondence by post or email and updating case progress using in house case management system.
Promote a culture of excellent service delivery and continuous improvement.

Flexible person with a solid back ground in admin and clerical experience who is an excellent communicator, alternatively this would suit graduates with a less extensive work history.

You will have an eye for detail and not be phased by analysing financial information as and when required.

GCSE Match & English Grade C or above or equivalent qualification

£7.65 per hour rising to £9.26 per hour after a probation period, Pension, Holiday entitlement, long term assignment potential within the public sector
