We are looking for a Head Pastry chef with a minimum 2 AA-rosette/Michelin/Fine Dining experience to join the senior management team for this quality brand in the heart of London. As Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs. Servicing the multiple outlets at this stunning property, along with afternoon tea trade
As Head Pastry chef will come from a similar management position, We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time, whilst training and developing junior members of the team.
You will have extensive previous experience working in a restaurant operation that is used to high volume, quality products. You will be classically trained and will be able to demonstrate exceptional skill in modern pastry.
