Sous Chef - Aberdeen

Due to an internal promotion, a well established, international hotel group are looking for a Sous Chef.  Either someone ready to make the step up or an established Sous Chef.

You will work 8.5 hours per day, with no split shifts. Early shift starts at 7am and late starts at 2pm. You will get 2 days off together and a weekend rotation so you don't have to work every weekend. 

You will be in charge when the Head Chef is not in or on annaul leave so you must be confident in running a kitchen and managing staff.  

Other duties include maintain kitchen logs, monitor food quantity and quality of prepared meals and food preparation.  

Strong communication skills are a must for this vacancy. 

Along with your salary you will receive discount across the group for rooms, food and drinks, along with transport to work if on an early shift or transport home if on a late shift.
