We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a leading provider of services for adults with learning disabilities in Dorset.

You will be overseeing two fantastic residential services in the Dorchester area, each 3 - 4 bedded services with a combined staff team of around 15. Each service caters for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, and in the near future will be de-registering to transition to a Supported Living service.

Your role will be split to include both admin / management time, and hands on support, as a 75/25 split.

Duties will include:
- 70% admin time, 25% hands on support, including personal care, cleaning, shopping, day today activities
- Care plan reviews
- Staff supervisions
- Supporting tenants to move in and out
- Budget management
- CQC compliance

What we are looking for:
- Strong leader
- Good understanding of CQC
- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to keep a happy and committed team motivated and supported

Salary for this role will be £19,890 per annum, on a 37.5 hour contract. Benefits include:

To apply for this role you will need to have an NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care, or Level 3 in Leadership in Care Management. You will need to have supervisory experience in a supported living or domiciliary care setting, and a driver with your own vehicle would be a great advantage.
