Job Title: Telephone Interviewer
Reporting to: Team Leader
Salary: £16,000 PA (benefits discussed upon application)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Our client is looking for a hardworking, motivated and professional individual to join their US and Canada Interviewing Team.

Working with colleagues, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with senior business decision makers on a variety of issues, mainly focussing on the legal market, in order to improve the services of law firms globally.

This unique experience gained with our client will enable you to include in your applications and CVs:

Experience of speaking to Heads of Legal and senior decision makers in the world’s largest organisations
Understanding of the issues and concerns in the global legal market
Commercial awareness – first-hand knowledge based on listening to what clients want from law firms.
Self-management – working with your own client list and improving the quality of contact detail and information to benefit the overall team
Target adherence – as a whole, we complete over 200 interviews every month in over 50 countries
