Our client is global leading Insurer, based in Chiswick West London, they are recruiting for an People Services Coordinator to join their vibrant company. You would be creating internal communications, events and internally advertising motivational initiatives, together with developing social communities and promoting and gathering company feedback for the work force.

As a People Services Coordinator you will:
*Help to create a world class company culture
*Prepare communication materials for events and training
*Shape the Teams working environment and landscape through creative design ideas
*Own the marketing and promotion of company surveys
*Organise all internal special events, such as birthdays, employee recognition programs, employee appreciation, new customer celebrations, team building activities, off-site Company events etc.
*Develop ideas for morale building activities to continuously improve performance, culture and best practices

Experience & traits requested of People Services Coordinator:
*Internal Comms experience is a MUST
*Creative individual with initiative
*Approachable, lively and a strong motivator of people
*Strong interpersonal and listening skills
*Problem solver with attention to detail
*Action and results orientated
*Proficiency using MS Office with above average skills with Excel and PowerPoint
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly
*Ability to Multi-task different priorities
*Ability to execute, plan, surprise and delight employees
