Business Development Executives
Business Development Executives - The successful candidate should ideally have at least 2 years’ experience of business development within the D&B or a parallel-related sector (recruitment, property or office industry). They should be aspiring to progress their career to a more refined level within a growing business.
The individual should be able to demonstrate proven sales success resulting from their own personal involvement. Self-motivation, discipline and a desire to always learn more are essential for this role. You will be expected to work collaboratively with business development colleagues to maximise appointments from both the leads that are issued to you and self-generated leads. Essential skills required: An understanding and experience of using a CRM system/database and applications to potentially include: Microsoft Dynamix, SalesForce, SalesLogix, Spirepath, Microsoft Office Suite, ACT. Drive & determination to succeed, A clear understanding of networking, Fully coherent with an excellent telephone manner, Excellent attention to detail and quality, Ability to balance routine, ad hoc and deadline-driven tasks, Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, The ability to respond swiftly to new information, The ability to assist and share knowledge, openly and willingly, with colleagues.
