Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary
A Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required to join a High Street Law Firm on the outskirts of Birmingham.
Our client is an independent law firm based on the outskirts of Birmingham and is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing team. They offer a first class service to private and corporate customers and provide a full range of legal services.
You should be an experienced Legal Secretary with at least 1 years experience of working within Residential Conveyancing.
The following experience is essential:
Knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing Process
Using a Case Management System
Land Registry Searches and Preparation of contracts
Drafting of Transfers and Completion statements
Filing, Copy Typing and Audio Typing
Dealing with telephone enquires and diary management
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established high street firm that has a keen emphasis on developing their staff. It is essential you have previous experience within Conveyancing as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA to be considered for this role. Shortlisting now!!!
