Must have service and Management experience, budgets and forcast, back office and experience of all variations of services from Breakfast to Dinner - Fine Dining Experience or Michelin required
We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Restaurant Manager to join our Hotel. The role will support driving both service standards and revenues.
The role will involve managing the day to day and longer term view of therestaurant, keeping up to date with promotions and generating ideas for improving sales. You will recruit and manage a team ensuring they are well trained and motivated and lead this team from the front. It is essential that you maintain high levels of quality control, adherence to brand standards, hygiene and health & safety.
You will be a great leader with strong communication, influencing skills and a proven track record; you will have an approachable manner and hands-on attitude. An eye for detail is essential as will be ambition, energy and passion to lead this new project and make it a success.
