Account Director (Luxury, Lifestyle)
Central London
£45,000 to £47,000 per annum + amazing company benefits

Career Moves are working with a well-established PR & Communications agency who have an impressive client base of luxury brands to source an Account Director.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of existing clients, nurturing key stakeholder relationships whilst managing and coaching the team to deliver the agreed client programmes and desired results. You will be responsible for the overall direction, development and performance of clients communications programs.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop PR objectives and strategies that satisfy the client's brief, balancing strategic thinking, creativity and budget
  • Manage and improve existing client relationships ensuring clients' expectations and needs are met and exceeded whilst always thinking two steps ahead and devising appropriate solutions
  • Keep abreast of developments in the marketing/communications industry to ensure thorough, relevant client counsel is delivered
  • Actively participate in the pitching and winning of new business. Develop existing business through organic growth and additional joined services
  • Maintain a network of contacts across broad media and proactively meet senior media/journalists
  • Contributing creative ideas that enhance our client delivery as well as our internal experience
  • Motivate and leadership of your teams, including providing guidance on planning of client programmes and identifying training needs
  • Take responsibility for delivering client programmes to budget and account for all aspects of client billing, closely monitoring billing and budget reconciliations
  • Promoting our culture and ethos, including the nurturing and development of the teams
  • Inspire commitment and creativity - encouraging team members to effectively achieve outstanding results

Skills and Experience:

  • Currently operating at Account Director level
  • Must have strong experience in either home/interiors brands or corporate lifestyle, with an interest or experience in restaurants, property and travel
  • Wide range of extensive contacts in lifestyle sector (UK focus in particular)
  • Experience managing and motivating team members
  • Passionate about creativity and ideas generation and inspires colleagues
  • Proven ability to devise and provide brand strategy
  • Must thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • Confident and upbeat persona both with colleagues and clients
