The role is within a complex which has been the subject of some very negative press. However, the new manager who has been in post for the past 6 months has done a brilliant job and has significantly revised the service with the help of a support and crisis team. In order to bring about a such significant change they need members of staff who are passionate about care and who strive and continue to improve.

The manager understands that new staff may be sceptical of changes and is happy to meet you for an informal chat and a look around the home and will be open and honest about the issues they have faced and the service they are offering moving forwards as well as the on-going improvements.
