Offering a superior service for Young People with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, a warm welcome awaits you at ACAD, one of our well known CareTech services in Scotland. Due to expansion, we are opening a brand new development in Cupar, Fife and we are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Residential Childcare Workers to provide the support that allows our extraordinary Young People to lead the best lives possible.

At CareTech, we have over 250 Services as far North as Fife and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. Due to ongoing expansion, we are now looking for committed and caring Residential Childcare Workers in Cupar to come and join us. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!

Whilst the role of a Residential Childcare Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. Whilst commercial experience and qualifications aren't essential, you will have a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring yet strong nature in order to succeed.

As a Residential Childcare Worker you will not only be working closely with our Young People but also within our staff team - each and every person is an individual with their own personality, so the ability to communicate effectively with others is a must. As Residential Childcare Worker, you will ensure the full safety of others whilst developing self-awareness - you will be dealing with challenging behaviour on a regular basis so it is important that you have the strength and determination to succeed within this environment.

Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be singing, cooking, music or sports; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
