We are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Support Workers to provide the support that allows our amazing Service Users to lead ordinary lives, at our Cottenham based residential care services for adult Service Users with learning disabilities.

There are full time 35 hour per week vacancies available, along with part time and flexible work. Both day shifts and night shifts are available.

Day shifts take place between the following times;

7:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 9:30pm

Night shifts start at 9:30pm and finish at 7:30am.

The citi 8 bus running from Cambridge can be used to travel to the service if using public transport.

Whilst the role of a Support Worker offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. Experience is not essential, but a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.

Our Service Users have varied likes and interests, whether this be trains, cooking, art or going to the pub; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
