Eurovia UK Ltd is a national highways service provider. Our priority is for our workforce to receive specialist, health & safety and other training that ensures our people can work safely and effectively and our clients receive the highest standards of delivery. This means we have a constant high volume of training that needs to be organised for our divisions.
As a Training Administrator, you will be part of a small team of administrators within the wider HR department, based in our refurbished head office in Horsham.
The role includes:
Receiving training requirements from the business via a central work flow
Sourcing and booking high volume specialist training courses and sending out joining instructions
Following up all attendances and obtaining delegate feedback
Entering training information into the SAP system and distributing certificates
Liaising with internal trainers, external vendors, training providers and industry bodies and sector skills councils such as LANTRA, CSCS and CITB
This role requires a very organised and meticulous person that can keep multiple training bookings on track, handle enquiries from the business and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
You will need to be an experienced administrator and competent user of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel and be able to learn to use other in-house systems.
