We are recruiting this really exciting opportunity for the industry leader in the self-storage industry. The company are fantastic to work for and continue to grow year on year. We are recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager in Stockton which is a busy, successful and important store.
As an Assistant Store Manager you will be supporting the Store Manager in taking responsibility for all facets of the operations and performance. A Store Manager in this business is seen as a business owner who takes pride and responsibility for their building, its services and its people. An Assistant Store Manager helps them, supports them and trains with them to learn and help take the store forward.
You must have some supervisory or management experience and ideally have had experience of managing a sales process through a team.
The successful candidate for this role will have a track record of success and will have been a Team Leader or Sales Manager. You may be in retail already, work in leisure or in a proactive, commercially focused business venture like finance.
