We are looking to hire someone who enjoys a multifaceted, busy role to join our fun Finance team. The role:

The right candidate will be joining a reputable recruitment business that has offices across the globe, and lots of different divisions including, Education, Medical, Medical sales, social care to name a few. This person will be allocated a particular division to carry out their role, in this case the medical team. Our finance team are very keen on employing a professional who has managed the whole life cycle of the recruitment credit process.


-To look at the process in which the business handles aged-debt and input ideas and suggestions where necessary to ensure a effective and successful process

-To work on aged-debt, identifying priorities and therefore reducing aged-debt significantly

-Managing complex reconciliations to balance accounts from sales ledger

-To speak with clients on the phone and via email in regards to their invoices

-To follow all processes needed to ensure it is in line with guidelines

-To report your progress to the Credit Manager

You will need:

-At least 3 years Credit Control experience

-MUST have worked in recruitment credit control for a min of 1 year

-Meticulous nature and keen eye for detail

-Experience dealing with aged-debt

-Confident to get on the phone to clients and chase

-Know when to escalate

-Have an advanced level of Excel skills (up to pivot table and v-lookup)
