Customer services executive
Guest Services Executive - Required for this lovely tour operator based in South West London. They are looking to fill 2 positions. Ideally candidate would have travel industry customer services experience but they will look at customer service experience out of travel in a call center. They will pay between £20,000 to £22,000 + benefits.
Guest Services executives duties
-To be responsible for responding to all pre and post enquiries and correspondence from guests either by telephone, email or letter
-Demonstrate a level of urgency depending on the volume of enquiries
-Investigate and resolve all complaints in line with company processes
-Allocate compensation when needed
Guest services executives skills required
-Experience of working in customer services ideally in travel but they will consider other industries
-Experience of dealing with and resolving complaints
-Experience of exceeding and managing guest expectations
-Experience of allocating compensation
