Our client provides small businesses across the UK with online solutions,  including business broadband and phone lines, professional website design, SEO and domain and email services.

This is a graduate level position. Salary: £23K 

Day-to-day activities will include:

Develop rapport and uncover business needs with web design prospects over the phone using a consultative sales approach. Guide prospects on how to benefit from website redesign, SEO, social media, and eCommerce offerings.

  • Ability to explain the firm’s offerings in simple, friendly and concise terms to small B2B owners
  • Build strong relationships and gain a clear understanding of prospect requirements
  • Build pipeline of prospects and make high and sustained volumes of calls to existing pipeline
  • Provide accurate client quotations; explain the website design process in a clear and succinct manner
  • Develop and maintain strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Meet or exceed individual targets; be a valuable team player in helping to achieve group targets
  • Fulfil required administrative duties relating to each sale in an accurate and timely manner
  • Update and maintain accurate notes and activities within the CRM system

Key candidate requirements for the role:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Sales techniques including negotiations, objection handling and closing
  • Web design, SEO or eCommerce knowledge preferred but not essential
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and IT literate
  • Excellent attention to detail in both written and verbal communication
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Effective qualification of customers’ requirements
  • Energetic, passionate, and driven
  • Excellent work ethic, taking pride in one’s work
  • Driven to achieve in a targeted environment whilst remaining calm under pressure
