KennedyPearce are currently recruiting on behalf of a global gaming brand for a Sales Analyst. This role is within the After Sales Team and reporting to the After Sales Manager.

Requirements for Role:

  • Degree educated (preferably in an analytical subject)
  • Post university experience (FMCG or Technology sector preferable)
  • An interest in the Video Games industry (preferable but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large and complex data sets
  • High level of Excel skills, ability to handle complex Macros and Formulae
  • Literate in Finance Systems
  • A strong general communicator with ability to build strong cross functional relationships within both Sales and Marketing teams
  • Strong team player with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and strong presentation skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Retailer Returns process
    • Monitor status of the Returns and take any remedial actions
    • Day to day processing of Returns
    • Assist in the transition of the process into SAP
  • Management of supplier costs and handling of all invoicing
  • Handling of customer letters (complaints, greetings, etc.)
  • Follow up with the repair centre and call centre complaints. Investigating/resolving issues and establishing how to avoid them going forward.
  • Analysis of all data and management information from both the call and repair centres:
  • Call details (volume, origin, complaint type etc.)
  • Call centre staff performance levels
  • Speed of repairs and turnaround times
  • Monthly and adhoc costs
  • Define and set specific KPI's that can be used for senior management level reporting
  • Create and establish monthly reporting packs for After Sales
  • Assist the After Sales Manager to continue to improve the internal processes of the department.
