The role involves demonstrating medical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, carrying out meetings with business and procurement managers with a view to growing market share for their portfolio as well as providing after sales support. Full responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of a sales territory* Attending exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings* Work in endoscopy and outpatients units in close association with consultants, clinicians and nursing staff* Deliver training and offer sales support for current customers / divisions involved* Management of sales prospects on a customer database* Put together professional business cases* Sales presentations
Your Background – Medical Sales Territory Manager, Medical EquipmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a sales person with any sales related background to join a leading provider of medical equipment. Full medical equipment sales training will be provided.You might be a Territory Sales Manager or Field Sales Specialist from an entirely different sector, and have the passion to cross-train into this highly rewarding sector.You will need to be well organised, an excellent relationship builder and future account manager, with a good attention for detail, with the ability to ‘up-sell’ and to work autonomously in a field based capacity, as well as having the following attributes:
* Degree level preferred* Direct Sales / Consultative role experience* Strong commercial acumen.* Clean driving licence
