---BACKGROUND---
TIME Recruitment is currently working with a nationally renowned health & social care provider in selecting a Clinical Lead (qualified nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join the management team at a care home based near Stockport, Greater Manchester.

The home caters to up to 80 residents at a time, and ideally, we are looking for someone with senior nursing experience in a similar environment. The service provides specialised nursing and residential care, along with an intermediate care service for individuals requiring temporary care.

---THE ROLE---
As a Clinical Lead, you will play a leading role in the provision of top-class care and support to residents. You will need to be confident in managing teams of clinical and non-clinical staff, supervising and monitoring performance on a regular basis. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a keen understanding of Inspectorate standards are crucial to the role. Previous experience of leading a team within a care setting is essential.

This particular service has endured a challenging time in recent years, but our client is committing considerable resources to turning the home around and building its reputation within the local community. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse to embark upon a satisfying professional challenge.

The role will combine hands-on clinical and supernumerary time, meaning you'll need to be well organised and clinically sound. Working closely with the Home Manager, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious nurse looking to progress. Our client has a large number of services throughout the North of England and can offer realistic progression pathways for Deputy Managers looking to progress into Home or Senior Management.
